Jie Zhao

Lives in Boston, practices globally, with 30+ years in professional practice with projects designed on four continents.  She worked at well respected architectural firms as a lead designer for many years. With a broad range of architectural experiences in residential, office, retail, mixed-use, shopping mall, resort hotel and restaurants, she also has experience in urban and campus planning.  Her free hand sketching talent is a great tool for communicating and expressing design ideas.

 

Jie has a Master degree in Architecture from Pratt Institute, and a Master degree in Design Studies from GSD Harvard University.  Her work has been published and won awards.

Markus von Zabern

Has 20+ years experience professional practice with work ranging from healthcare, senior living, museum, historical envelope restoration, to hospitality, high-end residential, retail, corporate & educational projects.  Strong technical understanding of construction, knowledge of codes & regulations and project management. 

 

Markus has a professional Bachelor degree in Architecture from the University of Oregon and maintains architectural licenses in several states.
